      Stamperia| 'Thinking of You' Nautical Male Card |Video 

Hi everyone, We want to share with you a masculine card we made.  It's perfect for Father's Day       but it's also a great card to give for a Name Day celebration, even a birthday.

   

To begin with, we took a piece of Sweet Dixie Artisan Smooth White Card 300gsm approx. 12,5x 10cm ( 4,9x3,9 inches). It has a smooth finish which is perfect for blending our Broken China and Vintage Photo Distress Inks. Then we applied some Stamperia White Modeling Paste using the Sea Land Stencil. Once dry, we spritzed some water on the card, which gave it a nice watercolour effect.

We let the card dry, then using the Distress Inks Broken China and Vintage Photo and sponge daubers, we stenciled the design onto the card. Then we cut the backing papers and Neenah 100# Desert Storm cardstock for the base card which was 15,5x12,3cm.

Here you can see the Sea Land Paper pad, where we cut out the tag and the backing papers.

Used double-sided tape and foam tape to stick everything down. The 4mm rope is from my stash, and we used Mixed Media Glue to glue down the rope and chipboard embellishments. The chipboard embellishments are from Scrapniec

The sentiment is from 'Color Layering Poppy' Hero Arts which we heat embossed with white embossing powder.
