Creations in Pink Challenge| 'Lonely Sisi' Altered Frame

Hi everyone, It's time for our second challenge at Creations in Pink. If you love pink, then this challenge is for you! For the month of September this is our design team creation. We decided to make something different like an Altered Mdf frame with the beautiful 'Lonely Sisi' digital stamp . Our sponsor this month is Ppinky Dolls Art

We started by printing out our digital stamp on watercolour paper. Then we started the colouring of our image. To begin with, we used Metallic Accents Semi watercolour paints on the dress to give it some shine and then we used our Nuvo Watercolour pencils on top. We used Cotton Candy pencil for the shading. For the hair, we used Vintage Photo Distress Ink as our first layer and on top of that we started drawing in the hair using our Nuvo Watercolour pencils in Cocoa Bean and Raven Black.

For the face, we used Vintage Photo Distress Ink and Tattered Rose Distress Ink.

Our frame was painted white using Creamy Acrylic Paint and then we stencilled it using Stamperia Mixed Media modelling Paste and our stencil from Cadence.

Then, we glued our chipboard from Scrapiniec with Stamperia mixed media glue and double heat embossed our chipboard with Cosmic Shimmer in True White.

The large roses are from Prima and were sprinkled with Finnabair Art Sugar in Light Pink. Our little butterflies are cut from Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics.
