Hi, today I'm playng with the brand new Tim Holtz Mini Inks, Foundry Embossing Folder, Stamperia Stencils and the Alphabet letters from the Hippity Hop Die Set. I really like how my card turned out combining stenciling, die cutting and inking.

 To create my background, I embossed my paper with the Foundry Folder then I used the Distress mini inks. I splattered a bit of water on top and also added water to the inks to paint parts of my panel. I used Scorched Timber ink to my panel edge to darken it.

Here, you can see a close up of the stencil designs. I used two designs. The Daily News Stencil which I used Lumberjack Plaid and The Rudder Stencil with Scorched Timber. For my sentiment, Take the Chance, I inked my paper with Uncharted Mariner and heat embossed my sentiment. For the Adventure sentiment, I inked my paper with Lumberjack Plaid and then die cut my letters.
